to be able to project and present a facility or conversion.

The sales partner has a well-stocked warehouse with relevant products
and spare parts for the product groups they sell.

Certification

The sales partner has undergone training at SKIOLD and is
certified in the product groups they work with.

The Sales Partners opportunities

  • Sell ​​complete SKIOLD systems, products and spare parts.
    A Sales Partner will have the education and training, so they can provide this service for their customers according to SKIOLD standards.
  • Design and calculate SKIOLD plant.
    Some Sales Partners offer their customers complete projects. In these cases, SKIOLD offers all the necessary support the Partner needs.
    If the Sales Partner do not have a project department, SKIOLDS project department can calculate the project in collaboration with the Sales Partner.
  • Access to SKIOLD’s official webshop.
  • Advertise as an official SKIOLD Partner.
    A Sales Partner can advertise with SKIOLD brand, and have materials and
    support from SKIOLD marketing.
  • Seek assistance from SKIOLD for technical information/sales material.
    SKJOLD’s sales staff and Aftermarket team is ready to support the Sales Partner with the necessary information.
    Seek assistance from SKIOLD Helpdesk at no cost in normal opening hours.
    SKIOLD support their Partners. This is why all Partners will have access to free helpdesk in SKIOLD opening hours.
  • Participate in training and product presentations at SKIOLD.
    It is important for SKIOLD that our Partners have extensive knowledge about SKIOLD products and are confident in selling them. That is why we have our own academy and train our Partners in both products and sales processes.
  • Offer SKIOLD ​​digital products and user agreements.
    SKIOLD has a wide range of digital products and many of them requires an User Agreement. A Sales Partner will get a share of the income, from the user agreements they issue, year after year.
  • Access SKIOLD documentation such as catalogues, manuals and system overview etc.
    A Sales Partner will have access to all the documentation SKIOLD have on SKIOLD products.
  • Cooperation with SKIOLD about commercial measures
    A SKIOLD Partner has their own contact person at SKIOLD, with whom the Partner can spar in regarding to commercial initiatives and business development.

The Sales Partners obligations

  • The Sales Partner commits to an annual purchase of goods of minimum € xxxx  excluding VAT.
  • The Sales Partner can design complete SKIOLD solutions and manage projects (With backup from SKIOLD)
  • All of the Supplier’s products sold by the Sales Partner must be purchased directly from SKIOLD.
  • The Sales Partner is obliged to use original spare parts from the Supplier. Only in cases where original spare parts are no longer available for the product, spare parts from third parties can be used.
  • The Sales Partner prioritizes the sale of SKIOLD products rather than the products of any third party.
  • Has a warehouse with relevant products and spare parts for the product groups (See1.2.)
  • The Solution Partner may use SKIOLDs marketing materials or its own marketing materials approved by SKIOLD.
  • SKIOLD must be visible on the Solution Partner’s website and social media with name and logo.
  • The Sales Partner must have employees who can maintain a pre and after sales service that is suitable for serving the customers in a professional manner – including spare part offers, order placement, complaints, and warranty.
  • Maintain SKIOLD Sales Partner Certification by undergoing training, tests and other programs provided by SKIOLD.
  • In co-operation with the supplier make a yearly sales and activity plan.
  • Ability to support the customers with SKIOLD Digital Tools.

SKIOLD´s obligations to the Solution Partner

  • Once a year SKIOLD is obliged to train and update the Sales Partner employees in product and tools.
  • At least once a year, visit or through teams, discuss the scope of the collaboration as well as any adjustments and promotional actions.
  • Support the agreed yearly plan and sales activities.
  • Customer hand over where applicable.
  • Order Management and Technical Support Resources.
