certified in the product groups we work with.

A Solution Partner has competent staff who can perform service,
assembly and repairs at SKIOLD facilities.

Helpdesk

A Solution Partner has a Helpdesk/On-call service, which is also outside
normal opening hours can assist via phone/online in case of emergency breakdowns.

A Solution Partners opportunities

  • Sell ​​complete SKIOLD systems, products and spare parts as well as perform service.
    A Solution Partner will have the education and training, so they can provide this service for their customers acording to SKIOLD standards.
  • Design and calculate SKIOLD plant as well as assemble and commission.
    A Solution Partner can handle both small and large projects, with the support from SKIOLD.
  • Access to SKIOLD’s official webshop.
  • Advertise as an official SKIOLD Partner.
    A Solution Partner can advertise with the SKIOLD brand, and have materials and
    support from SKIOLD marketing.
  • Perform authorized service on SKIOLD facilities and products.
    With SKIOLD ongoing training and documentation, the Partner is always up to date to perform service on facilities and products, with the same high standard as SKIOLD.
  • Seek assistance from SKIOLD Helpdesk at no cost in normal opening hours.
    SKIOLD support their Partners. This is why all partneres will have access to free helpdesk in SKIOLD opening hours.
  • Official SKIOLD Service Agreements.
    SKIOLD offers our Partners to enter the market with an official SKIOLD Service Agreement. This gives the Partner continuing recurring jobs, and satisfied customers.
  • Offer SKIOLD ​​Digital products and User agreements.
    SKIOLD has a wide range of digital products and many of them requires an User Agreement. A Solution Partner will get a share of the income, from the user agreements they issue, year after year.
  • Participate in training and product presentations at SKIOLD.
    It is important for SKIOLD that our Partners have extensive knowledge about SKIOLD products and are confident in selling them. That is why we have our own Academy, and train our Partners in both products and sales processes.
  • Access SKIOLD documentation such as catalogues, manuals and system overview etc.
    A Solution Partner will have access to all the documentation SKIOLD have on SKIOLD products.
  • Cooperation with SKIOLD about commercial measures.
    A SKIOLD Partner has their own contact person at SKIOLD, with whom the Partner can spar in regarding to commercial initiatives and business development.

The Solution Partners obligations

  • The Solution Partner commits to an annual purchase of goods.
  • The Solution partner has a service organization who can perform service, assembly and repairs on SKIOLD Installations.
  • Undertakes to operate an 24/7 call service.
  • The Solution partner can design complete SKIOLD solutions and manage projects (with backup from SKIOLD)
  • All of the Supplier’s SKIOLD goods sold by the Solution Partner must be purchased directly from SKIOLD.
  • The Solution Partner is obliged to use original spare parts from SKIOLD. Only in cases where original spare parts are no longer available for the product, spare parts from third parties can be used.
  • The Solution Partner prioritizes the sale of the Supplier’s products rather than the products of any third party.
  • Has a warehouse with relevant products and spare parts for the product groups.
  • The Solution Partner may use the Supplier’s marketing materials or its own marketing materials approved by SKIOLD.
  • SKIOLD must be visible on the Solution Partner’s website, social media and service cars with name and logo.
  • The Solution Partner must have employees who can maintain a pre and after sales service that is suitable for serving the customers in a professional manner – including spare part offers, order placement, repair, complaints, warranty, and service.
  • Maintain SKIOLD Solution Partner Certification by undergoing training, tests and other programs provided by SKIOLD.
  • In co-operation with SKIOD make a yearly sales and activity plan.
  • Ability to support the customers with SKIOLD Digital Tools

SKIOLD’s obligations to the Solution Partner

  • Grant Access to SKIOLD Partner Portal and webshop.
  • Provide a pricelist or quote for a product or a  project.
  • Provide marketing materials (SKIOLD determines the scope and nature of the marketing materials.)
  • Once a year SKIOLD is obliged to train and update the employees in product and tools.
  • At least once a year, visit or through teams  to discuss the scope of the collaboration as well as any adjustments and promotional actions.
  • Support the agreed yearly plan and sales activities.
  • Customer hand over where applicable.
  • Order Management and Technical Support Resources.
